Meet Paige

​My movement journey started training as a contemporary dancer, through this training I learnt how much more the body was capable off, than I could see on the surface. My love for dance comes from my love to move my body which brings me, joy, peace, creativity, and freedom.

 

My yoga journey has helped me understand the difference between movement and stillness and the power they both hold. Whilst showing me the ways a mindfulness practice can enhance my daily life and improve my mental health. 

 

I have completed training in Yin Yoga, Children’s Yoga and Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga. My passion is working with people of all ages and abilities and being able to show them the power we hold in movement and stillness. Helping people improve their physical and mental health on a daily basis.
